JASON ANDREWS NAMED PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL 40 UNDER 40 HONOREE

Seattle, WA,  September 16, 2006  Jason Andrews, President of Andrews Space, Inc. (Andrews) has been selected as a 2006 40 Under 40 Honoree.  Puget Sound Business Journal's 40 under 40 is the region's premier award program that spotlights the next generation of business leaders.  The panel of judges look for people under the age of 40 that work hard to drive the business community's future.  They also demonstrate dynamic leadership and social responsibility.  Honorees are chosen for their passion about work and play. 

40 Under 40 is in its eighth year and has recognized 280 local business leaders with strong entrepreneurial spirit, sense of civic leadership and passion for life.  Andrews CEO, Marian Joh was selected as an Honoree in 2003.  Puget Sound Business Journal partners and sponsors will present an exclusive VIP award celebration on Monday, September 18, 2006 at Jazz Alley.

Andrews co-founded Andrews Space in July 1999.  Since that time he has lead the company's daily operations as President and has been responsible for averaging over 50% annual growth while moving into new markets and expanding the company's core competencies.  He leads the strategy development for the company and manages all day-to-day operations, including profit & loss responsibility, customer relations, new business development, program management, staffing, and engineering management.

Prior to co-founding Andrews Space, he worked at Kistler Aerospace Corporation (1995 to 1998) where he held a range of positions including K-1 Vehicle Two Project Manager, Design Integration Manager, Propulsion Project Engineer and Performance Analyst.
